4.25" long, .75" wide with metal clip.

what is the temperature range please?

It has 2 sections: one for frozen food and then refrigerated I assume and it looks like the range is -30 to 100 degrees. I can try and get another closer pic of the numbers if needed but I'm pretty sure that's what I'm reading.
