I'm not sure whether the stones are Garnet or Ruby,
The Last 2 photo's listed above are of a very similar ring
I listed these 2 photo's to show the difference in stones/color only!
Photo image 8 are garnets
Photo image 9 are rubies
The ring is stamped 14k, I tried my best to get a clear picture of the 14k gold marking.
Hopefully you can make it out in the photo's.
Marking is very hard to see without magnification.

This is one of my wife's personal rings, she doesn't wear much anymore so it's being put up for auction to get her something new.
