The ultimate puzzle challenge returns in TETRIS DX for Game Boy Color. New colorful graphics that take advantage of Game Boy Color?s increased palette are only the start of the improvements in this version. You can challenge three different gameplay modes in single player: play the classic Marathon mode, where the blocks keep on coming and you must last as long as you can; 40-Line mode, where you?ll race to see how fast you can clear 40 lines; and Ultra mode, where you have to score as many points as you possibly can in two minutes. TETRIS DX also features a Versus mode that allows you to go head-to-head game against a friend with a link cable or a computer opponent. The game uses battery backup to save up to three different profiles that keep track of your stats and playing style. You can then play against a computer opponent patterned after any of the profiles playing style.
