AMAZING!! FANNED AND WATCHING!! My hubby would love to expand his hd space to a tb on the inside. I bought him a 1 TB external last year and he has already filled it.... Will be bidding on this!!! Could you please post a pic of your listia name on a piece of paper with the hard drive? This will help to prove that you have the item. It is a great suggestion that I use every auction now....

1. How old is the HDD? 2. If it's not 5 years why isn't there any warranty?
Most Seagate HDD's come with a 5 Year Warranty so there should be warranty if the HDD isn't from a Desktop as a Component. If it was purchased by itself and is less than 5 years old I can check to see if there is a warranty. I used to do RMA's on HDD's/Hardware.

I think he means from him it comes to you as-is.What warranties the manufacturer offers will be at the discretion of the winning bidder to pursue.
