3) PLEASE have a verifiable Listia approved address!! PO boxes are acceptable as long as it is appropriate & approved!! I WILL NOT accept emailed addresses as I do not have the time or resources to track you down & I will keep your credits & relist if not given within 48 hours!!!

4) I only ship on Tuesdays & Wednesdays due to my pay schedule & am also a full time college student & can get to the Post Office on those days!!! If you can't wait, then please do not bid & waste my time or yours..

5) If you are outside the U.S. & win, I prefer to use PayPal over concealed cash, ect.. It is faster & easier for me to do so!!! Now up for auction is a hardback novel written by E.L. Doctorow called " Homer & Langley".. Published in 2009, the story is centered around two brothers who are reclusive & live through the horrors of WW2 & their experiences through the decades in their Mansion on Fifth Ave in New York.. 208 pages with no visible tears, creases or damages..
