It comes with a Charger which might be able to be seen in the pic...straight talk phones have no sim cards so your good there and there is nothing Else I have for the phone I am sorry

I will correct about the sim card....this phone does not require a sim card as it uses the verizon network for service. there are however some straight talk phones that do have a sim card because of att service usage... just to clarify. you can activate the phone with your area number, the number that is associated with the phone currently will expire if not in active within 30 days of last expiration. (I work at walmart in the electronics(phones) department and thought you'd like some information

most of straight talk have sim cards i switch every time a new one comes out and they all had sim cards

Its a reg phone with a key board on the from and it opens to a bigger keyboard

It sounds like it may need a new battery. I definately want this phone. I have a net 10 phone and I get poor service. I had this same model phone and I got great service in my home. sooo looking forward to winning this one. Thanks for listing it.
