if you look at the photos you will see the clie turned on with the back light in green, so yes the item does in fact work. you have to supply the usb cord to plug it into a computer or use the blue tooth to sync up with your computer or other mobile devices. and there is software disk included and a manual for operation.

This is a PDA, and in response I would love to give away all of my listed items and pay for shipping but that is just not possible due to finances. It is fully functional and comes with a software disk with some add ons and you can download more from online and use with a memory card slot on the top of the unit. YES there is an add on mem slot on top for more apps and even to plug in movies and such if you can find the app online.
