The listing, What is this Thing? has ended.

Found with my Grandfather's Masonic items but I can't find it with any research I have done. Stamped Hong Kong, seems to be base metal. Design on shaft. Folding tiny spoon? Folding Snuff Spoon? but what is the stick thing for? UGH! Up for auction cause I am tired of trying to figure out what it is, if anyone knows please tell me.

I believe this is a pipe tool. Flat part for packing tobacco in the pipe, stick to stir, spoon to fill. I could be totally wrong.
