you must be petite as your fingers are so petite also...yes a ring sizer is just what you need, most rings don't come smaller than a size 5... did you know that ? have a great day and thank you...

If a ring is too large for you.. you may always get a ring brace or sizer.. it goes right inside the ring and no one can see it.. most any jewelry store carries them and they are not expensive at all... they may even give it to you...we just don't carry ring fillers or sizers.. so sorry...

as a designer of clothing jewelry and wigs.. I know that different cultures have different body shapes and you are correct, some cultures have longer thinner fingers and some have ones that are a bit thicker... also you will find that runners tend to have thicker fingers at times as they tend to keep their hands in a fist most of the time and htis exercises he muscles and tendons.
body builders also have a bit thicker finger usually.
Oh well.. just some tidbits I have learned along the way in my industry.
