Description

The listing, Blue Grape Hyacintha/Japanese Mini Hyacinth or Muscari has ended.

Japenes Miniature Blue Grape Hyacinths...aka Muscari Armeniacum.
These are seed that will grow into the plant and bulb.
It does not take them long...spring or fall plantings...spring bloomer...early spring...last frosts will not hurt them.
I do not know though if one has to stratify seeds...I am trying my hand at the seed growing myself...These are from my bulbs I planted two years ago. These multiply like mad , so to keep them under controls...must take seed pods off right before the start to dry completely out.
Let them finish drying and oral away outer husks. There are up to five seeds to one tiny pod...and there are mutiples pods on each stem. I cleared my garden bed of all stems, then allowed to dry...my seeds would equal half of a 1/3 cup.
The seeds are tiny and round..dark black and pleantiful.
It takes a while I am told for the seeds to finally produce any bulbs...so be patient.
MUST BE LISTIA VERFIED BEFORE BIDDING !
No negative comments period...this is my auction...please don't ask me to change the way I set it up. I have my reasons for doing my auctions my way...the answer is NO!
You may ask me by messaging, to make special requests.
I will sometimes do this...if I have time and the resources.
Please try and understand, I have loads of Dr appointments to keep...you do this when you are slowly getting sicker. :)
I have Kidney Failure and so far no doner .
Thank you.
This is for 8 seeds.
If you GIN, will include something special. A nice little surprise.

Oh, these do fine in Oklahoma/Arkansas weather and boy do we have undetermined weather sometimes. As well as Tornado Alley, some wild winters and long at times...droughts, you name it...it has been done, even snow in July, lol....These should do fine....just make a bed for them, plant directly in the soil and it will adapt to your area.
They are easy to grow and will reseed them selves also.

They do not like to be water logged, so keep them where flooding is not an issue.

As long as your not in a flood plain....and plant in your seasonal fall or while rains are around like Oklahoma right now. Otherwise fall is good time...they will winterize and start to grow in fall.

Planting now is no good...plant this fall...mulch them and wait....winter will put them in a cold snap to be ready to come up in spring. August would be good. But keep then moist...not wet.
Wet to touch. Twice a day, if really hot...then four times a day till it cools down.
