in picture #2 there is a small mark on the bottom of the bag but u cant really tell because its on the very bottom

hi this one doesn't have a red white and blue tag. the serial number is in the pic with the red tag that says lot number. that's also the same number on the yellow registration tag. u can see it in the picture it's upside down. the number is 22721922 thanks for looking.
