This auction is for 12 1964 30 % silver with jaw bones very distinct which i was told makes them worth more, note i am not a collecter and dont know much about coins but was told the jaw bone pertrusion was very important they are talking about the ware on the coin and the depth of the jaw bone makes it worth more (i dont know if you can tell how nice they are by the pictures due to the fact it was taken with a phone camera ,because someone stole my camera , which i am taking donations if you would like to send me a camera, ha!!! ha!!! HAPPY BIDDING TO ALL!!!!

Unless these are from 1942 - 1945, they do not contain any silver !!!

The only U.S. nickels that contained silver were minted during WWII, when a national shortage of nickel caused the government to switch to silver as a base for the nickels, then after the war, they went back to nickel !!!
