Do these have flat plate on one side like labret piercing?

No but I do have those and if you won I could replace these with those if you prefer just let me know in note section. The balls are bigger and plastic like belly or tongue rings. Not crystal like these though. You would also be more limited on your color choices I have about 20 of them.
