The listing, Eagle Belt Buckle has ended.

Award Designs Medals, Inc. brand belt buckle. Silver tone Eagle and sunburst design with a blue stone set in it.

I can't see any markings to indicate it is real silver. Searching on-line, it seems most of these buckles were made in the 1980's. I found the exact buckle (on a belt) going for $65.00 on eBay. While not in perfect condition, it is in really good shape.

After the auction ends I will mail the belt buckle within 3 days with tracking.

Yes. The back is completely in tact and functional. There is a little bit of wear at the top of the front of the buckle. My guess is from someone's belly hanging over the top? It may or may not clean up with some silver polish. Overall, the buckle is in really good shape considering in must be around 30+ years old from what I could find on-line.
