The listing, Vintage Hair Accessory has ended.

Vintage hair accessory. Black ribbon rose. Has a bobby pin to hold in place. May have had a comb at one time, but not sure. In good to excellent used condition. In original box, that is in good condition considering it's age.

I can not find any information on-line about this manufacturer. Nothing similar on eBay, Google, Google images, etc. It came out of my brother's bosses 89 year old mother's estate. So, age of hair accessory is anyone's guess.
