There are no visible scratches on this dvd but to be safe I will say it's in great versus excellent condition. The dvd case is also in good shape. This is #2 of the series and from online reviews such as Amazon.com, it has gotten 4 out of 5 stars. I am selling this because I used this dvd to workout only once or twice as I have way too many workout dvds.
