Video recording? Yes.

This phone works fine. Being an older Android, it's a bit sluggish. Battery life is only a few hours, but that's no big deal. There are no visible scratches on the screen or back cover, though the corners may have a little wearing.
Phone will not include charger (sadly), but I will ship it fully charged and factory reset. :D
I know nothing of a Republic Wireless phone being transferred to another carrier (such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.), so I do not know if it would be possible to transfer your data. BUT, the phone makes for a great backup, in the event you can't transfer. :D
The item will be shipped as soon as I can get it in the mailbox after the auction, and the winner can expect the item within 5 - 10 business days; no tracking.

I'm not sure. I know that, to get to the SD card slot, you'd have to take the back cover off... but I didn't use the phone on the network.

Unlocked, as in passwords and everything? I've factory reset the phone, so nothing is on it.
Unlocked, as in the carrier/service? In the description, I note that the phone is a Republic Wireless phone, and that I know nothing of the service being transferred to another carrier. O.O
