Thank you for your patience. This is the old toy that McDonald had out and perhaps in 2002. I have to look to be sure for you. After looking I see it does say 2002.

The toy has wheels on the bottom so it can roll. I am thinking it is suppose to be a Big Mac that rolls. It is a collector toy for those who like MCdonald Toys.
