Yes the dials work but I don't know exactly how to do them..the first dial are the days of the week the 2nd is seconds and the 3rd are numbers of the days of the weeks..I have the book that goes with the watch..if for any reason the person who wins isn't satisfied I will gladly give a refund of their credits (: hope this helps answer your ?

It's very easy to get verified, just go to Listia.com, on the left scroll down to "Account Settings" then choose "Verify My Account". It will then give you options to verify your account.
