I don't anyone get confused on the back print that you are receiving
You well receive folded in half all you need too do
is too use a piece of wax paper , iron on low will take the crease out

15 × 13 inches? And could you not mail this inside a cardboard tube such as one from plastic wrap, etc. to keep from creasing it? Would still be light weight!

I am a little confused so this is a picture you can frame ....but you will fold it in half to mail?? Correct? Ironing will take the crease out completely? TY :)

Yes you can frame it this is a print out of a book of Norman Rockwell. yes it is folded in half to mail. Use a piece of wax paper then iron on low
