It's a special limited edition, united States Postal Service Commemorative Action Comics #1. The first edition was June 1938..

Thank you for letting me know, that was really nice of you , I don't know anything about the stamps or the comic book. My father passed away and left me about $5,ooo worth of stamps that he had collected the last 40 years. I don't have any use for them so I started putting them on Listia.I have 3 more comic books. Thanks again !!!
