but like Listia rules say the post office isnt the one responsable for getting theitems to the people in a well timely matter or in good condition, it is up to us listers to make sure we package properly so nothing will happen to the items and that our packages get to the winner in a timely fashion. even though I know the post offices are a bit lacking in the caring department we still have to do our parts in making sure the items are not damaged enroute, because if they are it is not the post office who will have to replace or refund the credits, it is us whether it was our faults or not, that is why Listia says it is your repsonsability to make sure your items are gtting to the winners exactly like you listed them. I know, I have received some half empty envelopes and empty ones, because the listers placed jewelry into regular envelopes and then tried to blame it on the post office, this i where common sense comes in when packaging your items. always always always CYA because it is your Azz that will get the fallout in the end. lol great auction btw love the watch and bands

ye I know how that is, I spent 6500 in one day shipping 9 items and then I get an 84 cent envelope hat I spent 4000 credits on lol it is just amazing how unrealistic some people can be when they ship items, I mean really, everybody should know that envelopes go through an automatic sorter and do not even see a real person unless they get kicked out of the sorters for being to big or bulky, I have had people tell me oh I ship in regular envelopes and just write on them hand sort please or fragile lol I have tried telling them people that you can write bomb on an envelope and noone will see it unless it is kicked out of the sorters. it is justso darned careless how some people can be with your stuff after you win it, I guess they figure ok its not mine anymore its theirs so I dont care what happens to it anymore? it just flusters me beyond words sometimes. I feel for ya with the income thing I know that all to well also. good luck and keep up the good auctions.

amen on the automatic sorter. I have received about ten broken items out of 73 I have won. I make for sure mine are in a padded envelope and they are also wrapped in bubble wrap. I also believe it is the senders obligation to make sure it is
packaged in a manner where it won't get broken on the way here.

Nice watches. good ole windups. so manuy of ourt watches are dead and in drawer because the batteries are dead and the good ole wind up is still ticking away.

I think the USMail should thank Listia for the increase in busisness. LOL. They must have had an increase in it since we came on the scene. We reuse our shipping products to get the most out of them. I don't even use a regular envelope to send concealed money or stamps I send a card to that person. I hate when someone just wraps a $1.00 0r $2.00 in a piece of paper with nothing writen on it. cause for the life of me I can't remember what it was for. I am usually dealing with 2-6 auctions at the same time. some I'm waiting for some I'm sending out. then there are the ones I'm currently bidding on. then the ones I have lined up that I plan to bid on that I'm saving my credits to bid on these. Plus the items I'm gathering to put up for action so i'm always replaceing the items being auctioned off.alot of my stuff goes for only the 100 or 200 credts. very little of it manages to go up over 300. even less over 500 nothing up to 1000 credits anymore. only in the beginning a couple of my shirts brought in a couple thousand each. sorry for blabbing
nice auction
