They are in great condition. Mint condition is still the package. There are no tears, marks, or bends.

no mint condition is not still in the package.... i have pull out damaged cards right out of the package... so no mint condition is no scratches, bends, tears, not damaged in anyway. and it can be in mint condition in, and out of the package, just depends on how the person takes care of them. i have alot of cards that is not.... i the package and they are in mint condition

ya, but everyone's outlook on the words "mint condition" is different. not tryin to be an ass to you or anything.
like today i got cards that is suppose to be in "mint condition" and almost all of them is messed up in one way or another...

I never used the word mint condition. You are using the word mint condition. I said the cards are in great condition. Which that they are. This is why I said great instead of mint because I was hoping to alleviate this type of messaging. I have already stated numerous times there are no bends, tears, rips and I have provided numerous pictures. THere is no more I can provide.
