The reason that is is because not all states have a legal age limit of 18. There are alot of states have raised the legal age to 21. And there are copy right infridrigment, which is why we no longer sell coupons. But the main reason is anything that is consumed into the body and blood stream is not allowed. People think that they should be allowed to sell 0mg nic juice, but again your inhaling the vapor from the juice. So they have finally let us sell the paraphernalia for vaping, just like we can sell the same kind of paraphernalia for smoking cigarettes, like lighters, rolling papers cig cases...etc. Plus all you see of a person is a profile pic, but nine times out of 10 it's a picture like mine , or a famous person they aspire to be, but anyone could put something e-liquid that could be dangerous and or worse. And anyway are you vaping or smoking cigarettes? So if your a smoker go buy them where ever they sell them, but it's not going to be from my auctions .

It is a tank, I don't know what you ,mean the fun vape pen,, or are you asking if it is to smoke or vape marijuana. no again this a e-liquid tank, but I think I'll throw in a 900mAh engraved battery that you can still vape while charging, but it is still a vapor starter kit to vape strictly e-liquid! !
