Unless it is absolutely ridiculous to do so, since sometimes parcel post is much cheaper, shipping paid by you is sent via PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE (be it $5.20 plus)- it makes it easier on the both of us. Free shipping is sent how I want to ship the item. If you bid & decide against paying, please do NOT leave "neutral" or "negative" feedback- I held up with my en of the deal, it isn't my fault that you didn't. By clicking "bid", you are agreeing to pay the shipping amount stated- if you refuse, item gets relisted & I keep the credits, per Listia guidelines. I currently ONLY accept shipping fees via Paypal & items are sent once a week; I do not send until money has transferred to my bank account. I ask that you DO cover the usage fee along with your transfer, as lately, I have had to cover the extra money because people have not selected "I'll pay" on it. PLEASE PAY THE FEE!!!!
