Phone cord / cable cord included...cannot find the right power adapter cord - but you should be able to pick one up at walmart or radio shack...am still looking for mine - I have about 20 different power cords for the different computer stuff I have but I cannot seem to find the correct one....If I find I will put in box...

CD - software for modem is included.

I found the power adapter cord so that is now in the box with the modem....to tdugans - 2000 is THE LOWEST gin that I could list....sorry - however this has been relisted a couple of times and has never been bid out over 250 credits - it keeps getting relisted because the winners decide they don't want to pay the shipping....go ahead and bid regularly on this - I'm sure you'll win for very little credits...Either no body minds paying their cable company to rent the cable company's modem or they don't know why it's better to own your own modem? I don't know...Good luck.
