Shape up wraps are for you to use to tone while working out. You can wrap your thighs, calf's, legs, etc. I never used them so I don't know if it works or not because I have not tried them. I bought them when I bought my AB work out belt so I didn't need them. It's two in a pack. I only send to verified listia only. No buyer remorse. Base on the photo, it looks like you just take a wrap and wrap your leg or whatever and walk/exercise. I don't think its no magic in it! Its probably like saran wrap to make you sweat. I never used it so I can't testify to say that it works or not.

I've had the one for the stomach and it does work if you stay hydrated while wearing it! It pretty much makes you sweat more. Depending what you are doing when wearing them you can lose a bit more but not like major pounds
