gal Please note we do remove the original box as it is very large and takes up much room in our shop. we purchase many of these at a time for our clients. so we remove the boxes but still ship in the plastic formed container it is shipped in..
this does not come with the original box... we will pack it carefully and keep it in the formed plastic holder that is arrives in but the box will be changed.for shipping.

they have a sort of open plastic case holder that we ship them in...we just remove the box..and then repack them for shipping.

ifyou wish tracking there is a 25 cent fee , in this way we can go thru paypal and then make the label and get the tracking... we stilll pay the full shipping fee.
we do not go to the postal office as this is shipped from my boutique.. we use a shipper, so the minimal little 25 cent fee offers you a guarantee of tracking and delivery info..

I honestly don't know..will have to look at mine to see.. I don't think it has the name on it.. we get them for my boutique and buy a lot of them now as my clients love them... I discovered them from a spa I go to and they did not sell them.. but I found a company that has them...they are not the everyday. 150.00 ones.. we sell them for less.
...My staff removes the boxes for them as the boxes are very large..I think the boxes are large to look much more elegant...and the product is smaller than the box and we don't have much room to store them.. Remember I am a designer and would rather have the room for my designs and fabrics and such...we keep the extra ones in the tailors room... LOL... He does not like that but I have no where else to store them..LOL..

Yes I fully agree, I have two of them and since my hours are often very long ones I even have one at work ! I use them when I travel also...as different climates and weather seems to really cause problems with my skin. This has been a lifesaver for me..
