Yes, it is lead,nickle and cadmium free. There is no actual silver in it. It is a non tarnishing metal alloy.

Full disclosure: this pendant has a small gap at the top. It almost fit perfectly but not quite. The gemstone is real, the setting is metal alloy, not silver or gold. You will get the exact pendant you see. I will not do buyers remorse refunds any longer. If you don't think it's good enough for you, don't bid.
