just iron w/fusible web and finish with slick paint. I usually do the iron on adhesive on the entire piece of fabric - then cut out so it's easier to iron later - no adhesive on your iron. NIP - never even been pulled of the cardboard instructions it is stapled to... :-) You need to buy (per instructions) 18"x30" fusible web, 3/8" fusible tape and fabric paint to seal the edges and highlight or glitter as you like.
