Yes they're true to size. The thing is that i'm size 7 1/2 and they are so gorgeous that I wanted to fit in them no matter what!!! lol they didn't have my size so I got the 8. I should have bought the size 7 and deal with the pain lol

No. it didn't come with any tags inside. It's just stamped with the brand name.
