could you prove that you actually have this item? such as taking a picture of the item with a paper of your user name from here in front of it? & having something verified on your account such as a Facebook & Twitter account, or a phone number & such? You would get a ton of bids if you did any of that. For now it seems to good to be true, & more like a Scam.

As a video game collector, I would love to have a Nes in the box! so I would love to bid, if this wasnt in fact a scam.

Jimblasko I sell on ebay as well, and I have shipped over 20lbs of legos in an over sized box for less than $15. I shipped an XBOX 360 Band Hero Band Kit.....Where the box is way bigger, wider, and taller than this across the U.S for $19....now that weighs more than this...I do know what I am talking about..... DO YOU?

How is the styrofoam... not sure if I spelled that right... Is both styrofoam pieces there? Top and bottom? Are they broken at all? Is the back of the box as clean as the front? I'm really interested like I said :-)

still seems like a scam the two pictures of the box are on different carpet backgrounds and his note to us is photo shopped as well as 2 of the pics come from the internet so probably all 3.

I would bid all my creds if this is real but too much of a risk for the trouble of a future refund.

it doesn't look photoshoped

It just seems too good to be true to some of us :-)

I think it's real, and if I win, and receive it, I'll send back a really nice gift back to the seller..

KURT you do realize shipping on this isn't going to be cheap, it's going to cost you at least 20 to 25 dollars to send this anywhere.. Maybe more because of the size too... You ok with that? If they say it's $29.00 to ship , will you really cover that? Let me know, it doesn't affect me bidding at all, but if you didn't know that it would cost that much, I think you should know so it's not a suprise..

trust me ..he won't have to pay that much for shipping....I have shipped across the U.S.A. and never spent that much....Kurt.....try the large USPS flat rate box...$14.95 up to 70 lbs.....you should fit all that in the longer boxes...FYI.... great 1st auction....I miss the classic games.....

@gbuckly41 I ship hundreds of items a month thru USPS priority mail, and the largest flat rate box, is not even HALF the size of this system. That action set measures around 2 foot by 1 foot by 7 inches. I have sold this same system a few times, and it cost me over 25.00 to ship i because iof the size! I know what I'm talking about. Trust me not gbuckley41 , the/she is very wrong about the shipping, hell this thing wouldn't even fit inside of two large flat rate boxes. (which they won't let you do, you can take two flat rate boxes, and expect to pay one flat rate. )

UPS Ground is probley going to be the cheapest way to send, and it's still going to be at least $20.00

KurtM that thrid picture shows an Ebay watermark in the lower right hand corner, and the picture was taken from ebay and not by yourself. Please explain why you claimed you took different pictures in different rooms, but that picture #3 isn't really even yours. Proof is that it's got the ebay watermark in the lower right hand corner.

Another issue, the gun is orange in pic #3 and on the box shows a grey gun. There is a cash value difference with the grey gun and the orange gun in the original action set. So which one do you have, the orange or the grey? The grey is the more valuable.

@gbuckly i tried to be nice, but obviously you're not very intelligent..

first off, there are people on ebay who ship this system for free. so they aren't shorting themselves huh? because they don't charge does that mean it doesn't cost them $20.00 to ship?? or does that mean it was free for them to ship it? are you stupid or something? yeah someone may only charge 13.00 to 15.00 for shipping, but it clearly costs them more. they make their money on the auction by offering lower shipping costs. people just don't want to pay shipping. lower the cost of shipping and raise the bids up.

but "you're sure they are not shorting themselves"
you sound like a rookie for disputing this .

you think people on here who do free shipping aren't shorting themselves.
really, just think about it.

this will cost him no less then 20.00 to ship via ups ground based on size and weight, go to the ups website and look it up instead of posting links to other auctions.

or why don't we go back to how you said before he can ship this huge 2 foot long nes system box inside " one large flat rate box thru usps priority mail" - yeah ok......

again i'll explain this for you since you seem slow, (and since you think that no one under chares for shipping on ebay) that large flat rate box isn't even half the size of this systems box.

the cost for the large flat rate box shipped is $14.50 with delivery confirmation thru paypal - the cheapest way to ship because delivery confirmation is free thru paypal.

since it would take at least 4 large flat rate boxes to ship this, do you still think it's going to be $14.50...

further more, i don't trust this auction anymore.

sorry kurtm but you stole ebay pictures and you're telling poeple that you took them in your house.

scam.

one more thing, if he takes this to a shipping store, they jack the price up even more then if he went directly to the UPS website and had it picked up from his house. Shipping stores, Po Box stores, all jack up the shipping price. New sellers usually don't know that so when they get to one of those locally owned pack and ship stores, they are going to bump the price up by at least 20 %
