We have a better chance of finding your item that way. I will not automatically grant refunds just because it didn't show up on time. Please give me the chance to work with the PO to get it to you.
Shipping to Canada is expensive and the price is set based on past experience. IF IT IS LESS THAT WHAT I CHARGED, I WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE! If it is more, I will cover that. I'm sorry I can no longer support free shipping to Canada.
