When grown as a regular tree, it will produce a Dense Crown growing to a height of 26 to 39' tall.
REQUIREMENTS:
For Optimal Germination Results:
1) Cut several small but not too deep places into the hard shell. This will allow proper water penetration.
2) Allow the seeds to soak in water for 24 hrs, then place into a bag of moist (not too wet) peat moss & seal.
3) Place them into the fridge around 40 degrees for 90 days.
4) They can then be potted in moist well drained soil, and for the first few weeks, try to keep the roots around 70 degrees F for the first few weeks for best results.

Location: Full Sunlight, with well-drained acidic soil brings the most Blossoms. Hardiness Zones 5 to 8.

Moist soil with good drainage.
Fruit Production:
Produces small Black Berries from 1/2" to an inch in diameter which appear during the summer & fall months. Inedible to humans, but are Adored by birds.
