I think it's cotton, nylon & lycra. I don't think there is any latex, I'm allergic to latex & I wear these with no issues :)

Then you'd start with the 2xl & it would be snug at first but after a while you'd see the difference ~ if you stick with it. At first I could only stand 20 minutes at a time but now I wear one all day & since October I've gone from 22's to 13's in jeans :)
