The measurements are for the horse and not for the Border around it. If you do not want to frame around the horse let me know and before I put tape on it and I will remove it. This is removable vinyl which means that you can remove it from any surface and it will not damage the surface. You cannot reuse the decal once it is removed. I am not sure why they call these decals but this has no area around it.

The larger decals are different to put up than smaller ones. If you need directions on how to apply this I can send them to you. It would be better if you would watch a few videos on it before attempting to put it on your walls. This would be a relatively easy one to put up as it is just one major shape and not a lot of letters.

If gin is used I will include another vinyl decal of my choosing. It would be smaller, but nonetheless very pretty.
