don't know how sharp do you like i can sharn it more if you like last time i used it i almost cut a finger offf but it has been bleached and cleaned good that was 25 years ago and i have been packing it around since

not a knife sharpener but i have an old steel i used in the resturants for many years it puts a btter edge on than a sharpener if you can use it

the picture pretty much shows it has a hard plastic handle and the blade is i think a 12 inch blade
