This auction is for a NIB set of Flamingo 3D Fiber Mascara. One tube of black transplanting gel and one tube of the black fibers. To use: Curl your eye lashes and add one thin coat of regular Mascara (optional). Add one coat of 3D transplanting gel, using the side to side sweeping motion to ensure optimal coverage of gel on your lashes. While the gel is still wet, add generous amount of fiber Mascara. Let sit for 30 seconds or so, and re-apply thin coat of transplanting gel. Repeat as needed for desired look.
