Geist buttonholer with instructions and 4 attachments. In a Morse box. I have not tried this but looks to be in great condition. It is very heavy for its size. Measures 7 inches long.

Stupid question... But does this need to be attached to a machine, or is it an all in one unit?

You remove the foot from the machine and this attaches there and is basically a sewing machine foot.
