It wouldnt be a problem for me to make one in school colors & have free shipping.
I can get Oklahoma Sooners fabric, but, I would have to charge shipping($5.00) if we do this fabric, because of my extra expense of the fabric. It would take a few days to get the fabric in. I can do either one. If you win this auction, just let me know which one that you would prefer. thanks, I look forward to working with you!

If I did it in just the school colors how hard do you think it would be to add in some OU fabric or ribbon because I have some from crafts I've created.

It wouldnt be hard at all to add the OU fabric to the wreath. They are just tied with a little knot!
