The listing, 1993 Bowman "Rainbow Foil" KEN GRIFFEY JR & SR (Mariners) - Nice! has ended.
With the possible exception of Bobby and Barry Bonds, the Griffeys were the greatest father/son duo in MLB history. Ken Jr, a 13 time All Star who hit 630 home runs and once won 10 consecutive Gold Glove awards in center field, is destined for the Hall of Fame when he becomes eligible next year, while the elder Griffey was part of the legendary Big Red Machine in Cincinatti and batted over .300 8 times in his career. Most notably, the two became teammates in 1990 and 1991, and even hit back-to-back home runs on September 14, 1990 (see video).
