No, I cannot verify. I am deaf and the machine keeps hanging up as I answer my videophone and the interpreter doesn't have enough time to get the code from me and enter it. I even had tried it over 15 times and even held the telephone in my hand. Sorry, the customer service said they would mark my account verified but they never did. Thanks for understanding.

Hi I have a hearing-impairment also. You call tedi or whatever your interpreter program your city uses first. Tell her the situation, the code to put in and then have the interpreter make the call. I do it all the time.
