This tablet works great. It is the original Galaxy Tab.

It comes with the charger and a black neoprene carrying cover.

Running android 2.2
Wi-Fi capabilities, SD micro expansion slot, preinstalled with the video game Asphalt. Front and rear facing cameras.

Yes, all carriers offer data only plans. But again, this has wifi abilities so you can just connect to your home wireless network
