For you guys and gals who don't know, these are not restrikes. The US mint produced them in the same year that they minted the circulating variety for each state. They are legal tender coins at 25 cents face value and they are 90% silver so I don't know why anyone would want to spend one. She is NOT trying to mislead anyone. They are as described.

1) Is it .999 fine silver? How do you know for sure?
2) It's not mills or clad or anything, but sold silver?
3) Is it the same size as regular quarters?
4) Weight?

Guys by the look off them they are not pre 1965 they are just remakes of the state quarters minted in silver
