This is a almost new set of Stampin' Up mini alphabet stamps from 2005. They are in excellent condition. I may have used them once and cleaned them right after use.

This is 4 stamps that have abcs on each stamp. What I did with mine was stamp on the paper I wanted and used a round and square punch to punch out the letters I wanted to use. I hope that makes sense. The letters themselves are 1/2 cm each. Thanks for looking! I hope this answers your questions :)

You could cut the rubber part apart, but they wouldn't have the wooden base. The wooden part measures a little over 1/2" thick and the rubber part is 1/2 cm thick.
