I'm not sure if it can be used threw the Wal-Mart minutes program. It comes with a 4gb card and the camera is 3mp.

I appreciate the offer and that's a fare offer, but I think I'm gonna wait until the end of the auction. It cost close to 10 dollars just to ship the phone. If I did gin at 75,00 they would keep 7,500 credits so I'm just gonna wait and see what happens in the auction.
