The listing, FAKE Morgan Silver Dollar has ended.

COUNTERFEIT, FAKE, ABSOLUTELY NOT REAL!!! You are bidding on one very real looking Morgan Silver Dollar. I have bought hundreds of these over the years and most from the same dealer but somehow he and I both missed this one. Not sure what it is made of but a magnet should not stick to silver. Possibly silver plated but I really don't know. I know some people collect fakes and this would be a great addition to any Counterfeit Collection or if you just want to educate yourself about fakes this is a very good one.

He is correct, It has a cc marking on the back and No Morgan Dollars were minted in Carson City in 1887.

Prior to 1973, copy or replica coins did not have to be indicated on the coin.
