I believe Listia rule state Shipping is either Free or not. You can not say it is Free and then say it isn't if the bidding does not go high enough. Better check that out.

I believe you should check out that paragraph AGAIN. I'm not saying I won't ship for free. I'm saying that i will not send WITH TRACKING if under 5000 credits. It does not state anywhere that shipping is not free.

Tracking is free on 1st class packages. However, it is NOT free on 1st class envelopes up to 11 1/2". And, 1st class postage increased from $1.93 to $2.04 (discounted cost) on packages up to 3 oz. on July 1st, 2015.
