The listing, LG dual layer DVD drive has ended.

Up for bids, a used DVD drive.
When I had my computer rebuilt, I didn't have room for this one.
I don't know that much about the specs, everything is on the pic of the label.

from the numbers you have in the photos there are 2 different drives in the photos one is LG and the other is not. 2 different s/n numbers and other numbers don't match for just one drive. FYI.
