I am implementing a new no spam policy on all my future auctions. I am receiving tons of comments like "Wow".... or "Cool".... or "Nice", etc..... from people that have no intention of placing a bid, and don't even take the time to read the auction description. They are simply commenting for the listia bonuses, and they are wasting tons of my time checking emails, for their personal gain.
I will reply to what I consider spam with the reply of “I hope you bid” or a "."
At the auctions end, I will go back and review the comments, and I will permanently block any listia member that has left a comment that is considered spam, and did not place a bid.
I don't mind answering any questions or even just chatting in the comment section, but .... if your going to comment.... Please.... at least take the time (15-20 seconds) to say something interesting.
